A joint effort between the Brand chemistry and Indicium teams, the workshop enabled Indicium to gain clarity on what made them unique, what really mattered to their clients and how they fitted into the competitive landscape.

The Results

Once a new and compelling positioning was established for Indicium, this was used as the foundation for a new, more intuitive service structure, refreshed brand identity and revitalised website.  

All this was topped off with an internal launch, which ensured that the whole Indicium team was living the brand, day by day.

Indicium has since been acquired by SMS Management and Technology Group, and now operates as the SMS Managed Services division. The brand’s Breathe Easy proposition was mentioned in the public announcement as having an impact on the acquisition decision.
