The problem is almost never the execution. It’s that the positioning isn’t clear yet. The story doesn’t hang together, to meet the customer’s situation. The go-to-market strategy is built on a foundation that was never properly set.

The Approach
I come at positioning from two directions at once. I’ve spent years in brand strategy and content, understanding how narratives are built, what makes a story land with a buyer, and how to translate technical complexity into commercial clarity.
And I’ve spent those same years running a business, managing clients, developing capability, making commercial decisions, and caring deeply about whether the strategy actually moves the needle, not just whether it looks good in a deck.
