Australian startup Booking Boss, a booking management system for tours, activities and attractions, had reached an exciting turning point in their journey when they first contacted Brand chemistry. After raising $2million in Series A funding they were gearing up for international expansion. But first, they wanted to build a strong, unique voice within the tourism industry.

After some initial research, we held Brand chemistry’s proprietary brand workshop, a high-energy half-day that resulted in giving us the unique advantages Booking Boss had to offer.

During the interpretation stage, we soon realised that Booking Boss was so much more than the standard online booking system that Booking Boss’ competitors offer. In fact, Booking Boss owned a category all on its own, as an all-inclusive growth platform for tour operators. Booking Boss helps owners to Get Further in their business by doing more with less, Get There Faster by accessing greater sales and marketing benefits, and to Feel Freer by being able to make more informed expansion decisions while still enjoying the ride.
