Vivat Turning Learning into Action is a specialist coaching organisation that helps companies get the most out of their training investment.

In 2008, following a period of steady growth, Emma Weber (Vivat's Managing Director) was eager to make a decision between launching a new product and investing marketing dollars in achieving critical mass with her current portfolio.

The launch would mean a large investment of time and money, so Emma asked Brand Chemistry to help her conduct an analysis of her market and the resources required. We used Bc Catalyse (a half-day strategy workshop, part of the Specialist Chemistry suite of services) to scope out demand for the product, get a handle on the resources needed to launch it, and an idea of the possible returns.

Through Bc Catalyse, Brand Chemistry helped Emma identify the best time and method to launch her product, ensuring that she got the best return on investment when she did.
